  My lunch orders by phone have always been filled on time and accurately over the last two years. Today, I tried the half-price/on-line deal, and the website was fast and efficient too! Thank you for awesome Pacific Veggie Pizza!

  Ordered a pizza about 4:15 or so. Delivery driver takes it to the wrong apartment. I call they put her on the phone she tells me she went to my house and the gentlemen there said they did not order a pizza. I tell her she did not come to my house there is no man at my house at this time. Then she says I gave her the wrong address but repeats my address back to me. It's like she just doesn't want to admit she made a mistake. Which is what it was and was no big deal until they made me feel as if I was in the wrong and bothering them. I then received a cold pizza at 6:10 which I paid full price for! I have been ordering from this place for years now definitely will not be any longer if this is the way customers are treated.
